Ingredients:

1 package Maple Leaf Grilled Sirloin Steak Strips
1 package Fajita Shells
1 each Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Onion
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
To taste Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese and Salsa

Slice peppers and onions into strips. On MEDIUM-HIGH, preheat a large non-stick skillet and add vegetable oil. Combine vegetables with Maple Leaf Grilled Sirloin Steak Strips. Heat for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables become soft. Spoon the vegetable and meat mixture onto fajita shells and top with Monterey Jack cheese and salsa to taste. Fold fajitas and serve. Serves: 4 six-inch fajitas.
