Sesame and pepper sauce
Preparation time: 5min

Ingredients:
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
1garlic clove
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp cherry
2.5cm piece of fresh ginger
5 tbsp chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste

Brown the sesame seeds on a frying pan (without oil). Heat some oil and fry the garlic. Add bell pepper and cook for another minute. Add sherry, ginger and chicken stock. Boil for a minute, add salt and pepper.
The sauce can be served with rice or steamed vegetables
